Refund policy

30 day free reprint policy from the day you receive the order:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at swolbras@gmail.com with your ORDER NUMBER, a description of the issue, and photos (if required) if you experience any of the following, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • The product was damaged during production or shipping
  • The print or design does not match the original file
  • The order was lost in transit
  • There was a production error or garment issue
  • The product received was not the product originally ordered.

Reprints are not issued for:

  • Incorrect size selections made by customers
  • Buyer's remorse or style preference.

Due to limited staff, we are currently operating under no returns and no exchanges for any cases outside of the reprint guidance listed above.
